Soteria Supports provides care to NDIS participants from 2yrs-65yrs in the Logan, South Brisbane, Ipswich and Northern Gold Coast Areas. We continue to provide individualised support at flexible rates that truly change the lives of the people we support. We are able to do this by hand picking support workers and placing them with participants that are a good match.
Our approach has seen huge gains in the lives of the people we support by utilising the continuity of care model. Support Staff
Sotaria Supports, prides itself on being able to match the people we support with like minded staff members that will have a good rapport. Our team of friendly support workers are dedicated to providing a high level of person centred care to our participants.
Sotaria Supports service has a number of highly qualified staff which include but are not limited to registered nurses(RN), Assistant in Nursing Nurses (AIN), Enrolled Nurses (EN) and multiple staff with hoist training. Our employees provide a safe and compassionate environment where the NDIS participants we support can feel comfortable to progress at their own pace and build lifelong changes within themselves.
